 Important Disclaimers and Notices:

1. Contributions or gifts to SeedFirstPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
2. Contributions to SeedFirstPAC will be used in connection with a federal election and are subject to the limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
3. To comply with Federal law, we must use best efforts to obtain, maintain, and submit the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year.
4. We may accept contributions of up to $5,000 from individuals per calendar year. Spouses can contribute $5,000 each, in separate checks, or $10,000 per married couple per calendar year.
5. Federal law prohibits contributions to the PAC from corporations, labor organizations and national banks; from any person contributing another person’s funds; from foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status; and from federal government contractors. The prohibition on contributions from federal government contractors applies to contributions from the personal or business funds of individuals or sole proprietors who have entered into a contract with the federal government. It does not apply, however, to personal contributions by employees, partners, shareholders or officers of businesses with government contracts; nor does it apply to separate segregated funds established by corporations or labor organizations with government contracts.
